There has been a butcher's shop on Ashburton Road since 1897 and thankfully it continues! Charlotte bought the shop in 2013 and ran the shop on her own.

Charlotte now works with a team of skilled butchers who help create the many products sold from the counter and to a plethora of wholesale clients.
